We Want to Hear From You

The app is built for players, and the only way we find out what's working and what isn't is when players tell us. A suggestion for a new game, a screen that's confusing, a rule that didn't match what the guide said. All of it is useful. So is a complaint. We'd much rather read an annoyed email and fix the problem than never hear about it.

You can reach us at [email protected] for anything at all. Queries, feedback, complaints, a thank-you if you're feeling generous. We're always happy to help.

What to Include in Your Email

Most delays in support happen because the first email is missing something and we have to write back to ask. You can skip that round trip by adding a few details up front:

  • Your registered mobile number. This is how we find your account.
  • The game or screen where the problem happened, for example "Crash, after cash-out" or "Wallet, withdrawal page".
  • Roughly when it happened, with the date and approximate time.
  • For payment issues, the amount and the UPI transaction reference if you have one. Just the reference number, nothing else.
  • A screenshot if there's an error message. It saves a lot of guessing.

Keep it simple. You don't need formal language. "Hi, I withdrew ₹500 yesterday around 8 pm and it still says pending, my number is ..." tells us everything we need.

Please never share your OTP, UPI PIN, bank password or app password with anyone by email, chat or phone, even if the person says they're from support. Nobody needs them to look into a support query.

Common Questions, Already Answered

Before you write in, it's worth checking whether your question is covered on the site already. Many of the emails we get are about the same handful of things, and the answer may be one click away.

If your question is about Look here first
A withdrawal that's pending or failed UPI withdrawals guide
Verification and how long payouts take KYC and withdrawal times
Refunds on deposits Refund policy
How a particular game works Game guides
Whether you can play where you live State gaming laws
What data we collect Privacy policy

If none of those help, or they don't match what you're seeing in the app, email us anyway. Tell us which page you read and what didn't add up. That also helps us fix the page.

Download and Install Problems

A big share of messages are about the APK. The usual culprits are simple. Android blocks installs from unknown sources until you allow it for the browser or file manager you used. The download didn't finish, so the file is broken. Or there isn't enough free storage on the phone.

Try these in order: delete the partly downloaded file, free up some space, download again from this website, and allow the install when Android asks. If it still fails, email us your phone model and Android version along with the exact message you see. And please don't install copies of the app sent through WhatsApp or Telegram groups. We can't help with problems caused by modified files, and they're the most common way people end up with a fake app.

Account and Payment Issues

For anything involving money, be as specific as you can. The amount, the time, the payment method and the transaction reference are what we need to trace it. If you deposited and the balance didn't update, or a withdrawal seems stuck, tell us exactly what the screen shows. Words like "processing", "pending" and "failed" mean different things.

It also helps to wait a little before writing. Some UPI transfers take a while to settle between banks, and the status can change on its own. If it hasn't moved after the time mentioned in our withdrawal times page, then definitely get in touch.

What Support Can and Can't Help With

It helps to know where the line is, so you're not left waiting on something we can't change. We can look into your account, check the status of a deposit or withdrawal, explain how a game or a feature works, and pass bugs to the people who fix them. We can also correct mistakes on this website and take on board your ideas for the app.

What we can't do is reverse the result of a round. If you cashed out late in Crash or picked the wrong side in Dragon Tiger, the outcome stands, the same as it would at a real table. We also can't advise on your local laws beyond what's written on our legal pages. If you're unsure whether real-money play is allowed where you live, check with a local source before you deposit. And if a payment is stuck on your bank's side, we'll tell you what we can see, but your bank may be the one who has to act.

None of this is meant to put you off writing. If you're not sure which category your problem falls into, just send it. We'll sort it out from there.

Feedback, Complaints and Suggestions

If something about a game feels unfair, or the app did something you didn't expect, write it down while it's fresh and send it over. Describe what you expected and what actually happened. We read every one of these, and even when we can't change something, it's useful to know how players see it.

Suggestions are just as welcome. Maybe a game you grew up playing isn't in the app yet. Maybe a guide on this site confused you more than it helped. Tell us.

If You Need to Step Back

Sometimes people write to support because the games have started to feel like a problem. If that's you, that's a completely reasonable thing to reach out about, and there's no need to feel awkward. Read our responsible gaming page for practical steps like setting limits and taking a break, and please talk to someone you trust. Real-money play is only for adults aged 18 and above, carries financial risk, and is restricted in some Indian states. It should stay fun. If it isn't fun any more, stepping away is the right call.

Play Responsibly

Enjoy Gaming Responsibly

Real-money gaming involves financial risk. It should never be treated as a way to earn a living or a guaranteed source of income. Set a personal spending limit, avoid chasing losses, take regular breaks and check the laws where you live before you play.
