What This Policy Covers
This Refund Policy explains how three kinds of transactions are handled on My Master Teen Patti: deposits into your wallet, withdrawals out of it, and in-game purchases. When you add money to your wallet or make a purchase, you agree to the terms on this page. Please read them before you play, not after something has gone wrong.
It works together with our Terms and Conditions. The terms set out the general rules for using the app; this page deals only with the money side.
Deposits
When you add money to your My Master Teen Patti wallet, it is credited instantly in most cases. You can then use it on any of the real-money games in the app.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once they have been added. The reason is simple: as soon as the money lands, the balance is available to play with. There is no waiting period in which a deposit sits unused and can be reversed.
There is one situation where this is different. Sometimes money leaves your bank account or UPI app but never shows up in your wallet. If that happens, contact us and we will look into it and resolve it. See the section on failed transactions below for what to send.
A tip from experience: before you deposit, take a screenshot of the payment confirmation in your UPI app. If you ever need to raise a query, the transaction reference is right there and you won't have to hunt for it.
Withdrawals via UPI
You can withdraw your Player Rewards winnings to the same UPI ID or bank account you used to play. The steps are:
- Open your wallet.
- Choose Withdraw.
- Enter the amount you want to take out.
- Confirm your UPI or bank details.
Most withdrawals are processed within a few minutes. They can take up to 24 to 48 hours at times of high volume, or for first-time withdrawals that need verification.
So if your first cash-out is slower than a friend's, it usually isn't a sign that anything is wrong. The first one is the one most likely to go through a check. Our UPI withdrawals guide walks through the process in more detail.
KYC Verification
For your security, and to comply with applicable rules, we may ask you to complete a one-time KYC (identity) verification before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held until KYC has been completed successfully.
To avoid delays, make sure the details you provide match your bank or UPI account. The most common hold-up we see is a name mismatch: a nickname on the account, a surname spelt differently, or a UPI ID that belongs to a family member. Sorting that out before you ask for a payout saves a lot of back and forth. More on this in our KYC and withdrawal times page.
In-Game Purchases, Chips and Bonuses
Virtual items, chips, bonuses and other in-game purchases are non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged for cash, except as winnings earned through gameplay, and those winnings are subject to our withdrawal rules.
Promotional or bonus credits may carry their own conditions. They cannot be withdrawn separately.
Failed or Disputed Transactions
If a payment fails, is deducted twice, or you believe an amount is wrong, raise it with us within 7 days of the transaction. Share your registered details and the transaction reference, so we can trace the payment quickly.
Genuine failed transactions, where money was debited but your wallet was not credited, are refunded to the original payment method after verification.
A couple of practical points that help your case get sorted:
- Give the UTR or transaction reference exactly as your UPI app or bank shows it. A photo of the screen is fine.
- Say which case it is: failed, deducted twice, or wrong amount.
- Don't wait until day 6. The 7-day window is short, and a fresh transaction is easier to trace.
- Check your bank statement too. Sometimes a UPI app shows "pending" while the bank has already reversed the debit on its own.
A worked example
Say you add ₹200 through your UPI app on a Saturday evening. The app shows the payment as successful and ₹200 leaves your bank, but your wallet balance doesn't move. First, close and reopen the app, because sometimes the balance just hasn't refreshed. If it still isn't there, take a screenshot of the UPI success screen with the reference number and email it to us with your registered mobile number, well within 7 days. Once the payment is verified as a genuine failure, the ₹200 goes back to the same UPI account or bank it came from. It is not added to your wallet as chips, and it is not sent to a different account.

Contact Us About a Payment
For any question about a deposit, a withdrawal or a refund, email us at [email protected]. Include your registered mobile number and the transaction details. We aim to respond to all payment disputes promptly.
One last thing. Nobody from our side will ever ask for your UPI PIN or an OTP to "process" a refund or speed up a withdrawal. If someone does, it's not us, and you shouldn't share it.
