Who We Are and What These Terms Cover
This page is an agreement between you and My Master Teen Patti (the terms also call us "we", "us" or "our"). It covers the website at mymasterteenpatti.com and our mobile application. Together, the terms refer to the site and the app as the "Services".
The agreement starts the moment you use the Services in any way. That includes downloading the app, opening the site, or using any feature inside either of them. By doing any of those things, you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
Most people skip pages like this one. We get it. But a few clauses below (especially the ones on virtual currency, your account and termination) can matter a lot later, so it is worth five minutes of your time now rather than a surprise afterwards.
Eligibility: Age and Location
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You must also have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Being 18 is not quite enough on its own; you need to be someone the law allows to sign a contract.

Your Account
Certain features of the Services can only be used once you create an account. Once you have one, two responsibilities are yours:

That second point is the one people underestimate. If a friend or family member plays on your phone while you are logged in, the terms treat it as your activity. Lock your phone, don't share your login, and don't save your password on a shared device.
Virtual Currency and In-App Purchases
The app may offer virtual currency that can be used to take part in certain games. You can get this virtual currency through in-app purchases or through other methods we offer.
Here is what the terms say about it, point by point:
- Virtual currency has no monetary value.
- It cannot be redeemed for cash, or for any other goods or services, outside of the Services.
- We reserve the right to change the price of virtual currency at any time.
- We also reserve the right to stop using virtual currency altogether at any time.
Gameplay and Your Decisions
The Services offer a range of online games, including Teen Patti, Poker and other casino-style games. You can see the full list on our games page.
You alone are responsible for your gameplay decisions and for any wins or losses that result from them. We do not promote or encourage gambling. You should only take part in games for entertainment.
From our side, a bit of honest advice to go with that clause. Any game where money is involved carries real financial risk, and it can become a habit faster than people expect. User Conduct: What Is Not Allowed
You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. The following are specifically prohibited:
- Creating more than one account.
- Using the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
- Cheating, hacking, or using any unauthorised third-party software.
- Harassing, abusing or discriminating against other users.
- Promoting or facilitating illegal gambling.
- Interfering with the proper functioning of the Services.
Number 3 catches people out more than you would think. Those "Teen Patti hack" or "mod APK" files that get forwarded around on Telegram are third-party software, and using them breaks these terms. They are also a common way to get malware on your phone. Only install the app from this website.
Intellectual Property
The Services and everything in them, including trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property rights, belong to Teen Patti Master or its licensors.
You receive a limited licence to access and use the Services in line with these Terms. That licence is non-exclusive (others get the same one), and non-transferable (you can't pass it on or sell it to anyone else).
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimers. The Services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability. We will not be liable for any damages arising from or related to your use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data loss or personal injury.
Termination, Disputes and the Remaining Clauses
Termination
We may end your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice. We may also remove or disable any content you submit to the Services.
Dispute resolution and governing law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
Entire agreement
These Terms form the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Services.
Amendments
We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the site and inside the app. If you keep using the Services after the updated Terms are posted, that counts as accepting them. So if you play regularly, it makes sense to look back at this page now and then.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision is removed and the rest of the Terms stay fully in force.
